Great app for business owners to keep up w their google profile

This app really helps us market and keep on track what is going on in the local searches online.

Some bad moments

Love the app but every time I update something on it Google suspends my listing and never tells me why. Why have so many options to add and update info if it’s just going to work against me and my business?

I tried the Business web site and it doesn’t appear on the search as fast as it was before changing to a Business Page. Don’t know how to go back.

For a quick status report generator and business information review...4 stars. For actually giving business owners the power to correct listing mistakes and cleanup tons of mistakes...-1 star! Google, you’ve got to do better than this eunuch of an app.

There are a ton of example s on the internet where people make fake reviews, fake profiles and google has a horrible process to settle this huge ongoing problem with businesses listing on Google My Business. Yes they have tools that try to help. but why tools to bandaid the problem when you can have the proper process in the beginning

Google will show you what it wants you to see. They will try to control you and you research. They know where you go and they see you went you’ve been good or bad. Just as Santa, google is there. To know everything about you, and sell it.

I have multiple business on one google account and I can only access one! Please fix I can access both through a browser but not the app...
