I love this app the only thing is we spend a lot of time trying of verify a new place

This app has been huge for as we grow our business! So easy to use, and makes interacting with clients very easy. ForeverLawn Texas loves google my business!

Love the app but every time I update something on it Google suspends my listing and never tells me why. Why have so many options to add and update info if it’s just going to work against me and my business?

Crashes everytime I edit special hours.

I love this app so far! It is so easy to hop o my phone and update information and/or pictures for my business when I need to. Very efficient and easy to use!

I tried the Business web site and it doesn’t appear on the search as fast as it was before changing to a Business Page. Don’t know how to go back.

One word says it all....AWESOME!!!!

Google can seriously hurt businesses. The protocol needs to be changed to help and promote business, not allow customers (who oftentimes review but have never even walked in the business) to do whatever they please. It’s very flawed and one sided. People can just post pictures of anything they want - oftentimes the pics have nothing to do with the business. Crazy.

For a quick status report generator and business information review...4 stars. For actually giving business owners the power to correct listing mistakes and cleanup tons of mistakes...-1 star! Google, you’ve got to do better than this eunuch of an app.

While Google can be tricky, as far as verifying business addresses and maps, this app has nothing to do with those issues. The app makes it very easy to monitor reviews and respond to them, add updated photos very quickly, change store hours in moments and take a curious look at insights. I use it weekly.
