Great app. Everything you need to manage business in google

This app is useless. I’m trying to type up a summery in the “about us” section and the keyboard hides it all when I click to type. Can’t even scroll down to see my typing. Also my edits don’t actually save. The save button doesn’t work. My edits get reversed autonomously it seems. This app is useless garbage.

This app is a great tool allowing me to keep my business info accurate in a timely fashion and response time to customer comments fast because i almost never have to get to a computer to get what i need done. I manage more than one business from thus app fast and easy.

This is a god app but Google just allows anyone to post whatever they want. There needs to be a verification process like Yelp or Trip Advisor uses. I contacted Google several times about a fake review and didn’t even get a response.

When Google My Business had the option to buy domain, I purchased one for my website — it disconnected after a couple days, so I contacted them and this is how they responded. "We are sorry for the inconvenience caused. We suggest you to try to look for a 3rd party web host that will cater to your needs to setup a website that can be mapped to your domain name." —Raajal I dont understand why they ask you to get a website address that reflects your business with a custom domain, if they dont really offer that service. After attempting several times, I turned to Google Domains — they were able to forward but not mask my domain.

Love getting quick snapshots of performance. Also posting on the go. It’s perfect for the small business who needs to hone their business marketing on the go.

Love the app! Very easy to use, but more importantly helps with my business greatly! Gets my name out to the public, helps promote, advertise, etc.. If you have a business your starting up or have been in business for sometime this is a good app to help with a little bit of it all!

Great little app for posting on the go.

As a local business owner I really love the fact that google wants to help you rank in your area. Obviously they want paid ads but I feel like with google my business page and other google tools like search engine console and analytics, they are willing to provide significant support for free first, then ask for paid ads. Even if you never give google a dime their free programs can provide significant value and help you rank.

This app saves the most valuable asset of business - time!! It is a great tool.
