My business was nowhere on the map and had very few ways that customers can find me or even knew that my company existed but Google my business Not only did they put me on the map but gave me a website that is Simple to put together gives customers who are looking for the type of business I’m in a way to contact me message me via SMS and they give you analytic insight on what my customers are doing when they’re on my website And give you tips like to add more pictures And then in the class of business you’re in they will tell you soon How similar businesses are Comparing to yours like website views search views and tell you how many customers discovered your business I have definitely noticed in a months time I get a lot more calls and I ask my new customers how did they find us and it’s because of Google My Business!! so I thank you

The app works fine but,I still can’t understand why you go through the set up process and you still can’t find your business online that was disappointing.

I get at least one call a day to verify my account. It has been verified more than 20 times. The caller tells me they are Google but it is a sales call. It is super annoying.

I use this app to run my whole business on google along with its partners apps such as AdWords express. I can post and check all of my reviews and info. Getting my business verified was easy they sent a letter and I entered it in. From their on I could customize my who page and add photos bring my business to life on google. Highly recommend.

This is a great app. Simple and Easy to use. It gives me easy access to my entire google account. Suggests posts and sends reminders. And it notifies me when reviews are posted or comments are made on my business. Love it.
