Google My Business App Reviews

I have contacted Google numerous times trying to get “customer” photos removed from my business page! I have reported the pictures and flagged them nearly 50 times over the last year! These pictures do not reflect my business and are extremely embarrassing to be listed on my business page. I run a Bailbonds company and pictures of someone’s trashy disgusting living room, a bedroom that is red and sexual in theme and someone’s toolbox in their garage DO NOT relate to my business at all! It just blows my mind that google has yet to remove these images after I have made numerous attempts online and over the phone to have them removed over the past year! As a verified business owner of my google listing I should have 1000% ability to delete ANY picture within seconds from my business listing but that is not an option! The only option is to “flag” these pictures and wait for someone at google to remove them! Google has failed my business! Google should be ashamed that they treat business owners like this! GOOGLE- Remove these pictures and I will consider giving a better rating and removing this review!

Good when it actually works

Great & insightful app. My only problem with it is getting reviews removed that don’t have anything to do with my business or reviews from people who haven’t used our business.

This app lets me manage multiple business profiles on the go. I can upload photos, update business information and post specials/promotions. To the people that have issues when verifing a business or making major changes like address or name; there is a process in place that you cannot simply wait to the last minute to start. Give yourself time when trying to verify a business, as a post card containing your verification code will be mailed. Picture this: I’m in a beach in Mexico drinking micheladas. One of my clients/businesses needs some information to be updated, is planning an event of some sort, or simply would like to add photos. Couple minutes later it’s done, never left the beach nor Mexico. Can’t think of a better app for the job!

WOW THIS IS AWESOME !!! Go google go google its ya birthday uhhuh... The software is extremely resourceful.

If you are having problems just keep trying and do not give up. Took me a minute but I was finally able to verify my business locations and all I serve. Remember you are dealing with GOOGLE. Do not lie. Google knows ALL !! You may have to tweak it on a desktop.

This app is so easy to use and totally helps managing your business listing on google! All of googles apps are 5 star quality!!!!

I have multiple business that I manage under the same google account. Only one will show in the app for some reason and google support is pathetic. They need a call in support Center as support through email is a bunch of BS.

New Post function is nice and customers seem to get it. Just posting seems to be a challenging function and posts get lost in space。

Makes it easy to become effective at the new business model

Within the second day of adding my business I received phone calls for services.

This app has been great for keeping hours, territory and photos updated. It’s still a shame that we don’t receive more calls from customers looking on Google by seeing our information though. Still can’t find an app that works like y.p. did back in the 80’s with a print ad.
