The app is Great,but we called the customer support and told them about some issues,and they never take care off them!

Few things it says not enough data for and I’ve had it long enough where that should of been filled in by now. Only reason not a 5

Great for business

I can’t believe Google allows people to post irrelevant photos to my business page. As a business owner I should be allowed to control content posted to my verified business page.

The one business I want to see on Google my business, I can not see, the ones I don’t want anymore, I can not cancel... very confusing,

I own a flower Shop and google my business sends reminders to post on my page! I love that I can add photos easily from my phone and create posts for All to see!

Google Reviews are The Real Deal!! People can depend on them being Accurate & True.

Can’t post via app anymore. Won’t publish any posts since last update! Please fix!

Just started using the app a few weeks ago. But so far it is awesome! Easy to navigate. Especially if your used to gmail app.

Thank you Google for making such an easy product to use to help increase exposure for my service oriented small business. I have been able to grow my notary public business with little to no cost by creating a google my business page. This app really works and I love that I have insights that help me determine how to advertise my business. I highly recommend this app for any small business that are wanting to get their name on the map– Literally?

I expected a lot more of a major tech company, what a mess. Having a Google Business account is a must to keep an online presence. Unfortunately the accounts are cumbersome, confusing, and full of technical issues which customer service isn’t fully able to correct- the last one I was told “they are working on it”. The App doesn’t allow you to see or respond to online reviews. It just gives an error message that says “there was an error retrieving your reviews”. This has been going on for the past year. The app does allow you to see metrics for your business and control users.

Getting “on the map” was a lot easier than anticipated. Overall I am pleased with the app. And the process. Wish it was a little more intuitive. I feel like there were 6 ways/apps/pages to get verified or enter your business info and wasn’t sure if I was using the correct one. If google would have a business branch and it was all streamlined it would be better. But as far as this app goes it’s polished and fairly powerful.

This app has been great for establishing my business on Google and reaching customers.

I manage the online reputation for several businesses and this app makes it super easy to respond to reviews, post photos and manage all of my accounts on the go.

It doesn’t let you log in to manage your page. Every time you try to do something basic like update hours it says you have to verify your business, then confirms that your business is already verified, then asks you to verify again. Come on, Google.

This is a good app for concise reporting. I like how I can compare similar business. It’s also easy to make Posts and upload images. I use this app every day. Thanks and keep up the improvements!
