Google My Business App Reviews

Does everything I need it to do. My customers find me on Google and not other social media platforms so I treat google like my Facebook and I can do it all from the app. No issues to date.

UI and UA for Google business for a primary email like mine with several businesses is not intuitive. Secondly, our same business is listed three times but Google bots and having the same phone number and location, one of them has only the “post card” verification and that is really challenging in the sense that we are unable to update outdated information on the “need verification” and that too only with “post card”. Your bots will become obsolete in Amazon jungle!

Great app & easy to use!

It loses my reply When I write a reply to my reviews. I have to write it all over again. Doesn’t happen on every one but enough that I started copying them before submitting so when it disappears I can paste it in.

The Google My Business app has been very helpful in getting my business visible to the general public. Posting is easy, ads are easy to set up, and the insights are great. You get real time results on how your business is being received by the market and how your services are being sought after. I recommend this app for any start up or small business entrepreneur who is tired of spending the time and money on a third party google service provider promising to get you ranked high on google. Take the time to do it organically, the results are more consistent, less expensive, and your business will stick around longer because you value each customer more when you’ve taken the time to reach them yourself.

Seems to work well. With the touch of a button I can see general information instantly. I like it.

Within the second day of adding my business I received phone calls for services.

It’s great to be able to post on the go and alerts me when posts are about to expire, also when reviews are left. Good job Google!

I’m being run in circles over changing my address for my business and verifying my pages. It’s a mess. My listings and pages are suspended. Can’t get more then an automated reply which puts me back in circles.

This App makes managing my business Google Plus Page SUPER EASY! I love that it notifies me instantly when a customer leaves us a review so I can respond promptly! Before getting this app I had no idea when I was receiving reviews, so I would be responding months later.
