Great for small business!

Love this App! Wish it would publish our current photos since we moved almost a year ago and it still keeps pictures from when I first opened 6 years ago. Wish it could be more live time- but I am sure they are working on that. Very nice to read current reviews and respond. :-D THANK YOU GOOGLE!!!

All makes it easy to manage basic needs of your business page. Would like the option to edit photo titles and details when I upload them to my page though. That way people know what kind of products they are.

This is a great app for keeping track of the traffic to your site. Support for the app was great to help optimism the searches. Also helps you see what is working and what isnt.

Great app I get to see all my marketing pay out

I use the app to manage the Google listing for my salon. All I need is the phone number and address to appear when you google the salon. My listing went inactive from me not signing in after so long. Then a business went and claimed my salon and changed all the information so their salon would show up. I contacted Google and received the WORST customer service ever. I couldnt believe I was on the phone with Google. The person escalated my claim to tier 2 and told me I would here back within 24-48 hours ago. That was 2 days ago and still nothing. All I wanted them to do was switch the information back. I need tier 2 to change information which I didnt authorize to be changed in the first place. Still shocked this is the best customer service Google can provide for business customers. Just hope you never have to contact them.

As a small business this app is great for updating on the go and managing my visibility.

Surprisingly slow and largely unusable app from Google. Crashes often and takes many swipes/taps to access basic features. This used to be great app (hence my one extra star), but its really gone downhill since the redesign a few months ago :-( Hope Google gets another design/engineering team on it so it can improve
