Slow, poorly executed app

Surprisingly slow and largely unusable app from Google. Crashes often and takes many swipes/taps to access basic features. This used to be great app (hence my one extra star), but its really gone downhill since the redesign a few months ago :-(

Hope Google gets another design/engineering team on it so it can improve
