Worst Review Function Ever!!!

To ask Google to delete a review with hatred and discrimination is a nightmare! The only thing they tell you is to wait for 48 hours. Now I have been waiting for 5 days, no response yet. I dont think they understand what public media means and how should they deal with improper postings timely. Ive never asked for the review function, but they added anyway. People now can leave whatever they like and I have no way to cancel my account! Worst experience ever!!!
